Solpadeine Plus Capsules combine paracetamol, caffeine, and codeine phosphate for the short-term relief of moderate pain that is not relieved by other painkillers such as ibuprofen or paracetamol alone.

Active Ingredients (per capsule)

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Caffeine 30 mg
• Codeine phosphate hemihydrate 8 mg

Uses

For short-term relief of headache, migraine, dental pain, period pain, rheumatic pain, strains, and backache.

Directions

• Adults & children over 12 years: Take 2 capsules every 4–6 hours as needed
• Do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours
• Only use for up to 3 days — if symptoms persist, seek medical advice

Warnings

• Contains codeine — can cause addiction if used for more than 3 days
• Not for use in children under 12 years
• Do not use if allergic to any ingredient
• Consult your doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications
• Do not exceed the stated dose
