Chromium is an essential trace mineral that plays an important role in helping insulin regulate blood glucose. Along with a nutritious diet, chromium may help maintain healthy blood sugar levels already within a normal range. In addition, chromium is involved in the release of energy from cells and is requires for proper receptor functioning necessary for nutrient metabolism. This formulation contains trivalent, biologically active chromium.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule three (3) times daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
