Suggested use

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule one or twice daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Other ingredients

Vegetable cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.
