From Serra da Malcata to the south, along the hills that flank the Pônsul and Erges rivers, in the interior of Alentejo and in the mountains of Algarve and, to the north, on the banks of the Coa river and in the mountainous regions between the rivers Tua and Sabor (Trás-os-Montes), Serramel produces and selects this clear and aromatic honey.
