As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily prior to meals.

Not intended for use by persons under the age 18. Use as directed. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult with your physician prior to use if you are taking medication including MAOI inhibitors, aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, other stimulants or if you are at risk for, been treated for, or have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid, glaucoma, depression or other psychiatric or epileptic disorders, renal disease, recurrent headaches, spasm, or asthma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you are experiencing dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath.
