DHA Omega-3 is an essential building block of brain, eyes and nervous system. DHA is a vital nutrient for pregnant and lactating women.
Suggested use
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day. For prenatal use, take 1 capsule a day before pregnancy and during first trimester. Increase to 2 capsules daily during second and third trimester. Always take with a meal.
Maximum Dosage: Do not take more than 5 per day unless recommended by a doctor.
Other ingredients
Gelatin, vegetable glycerin, purified water, vegetable enteric coating (alginate, stearic acid), mixed plant tocopherols.
Does not contain: Dairy, eggs, corn, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten, soy protein, sugar, GMO, yeast, artificial colors or flavors.
Allergen: Contains fish. Do not take if you are allergic to fish.
