Suggested use
Elderberry Tea
- 1 tsp. Navitas OrganicsĀ® Elderberry Powder
- 1 tsp. organic raw honey
- 1 cup hot (not quite boiling) water
Add Elderberry Powder and honey to a mug. Pour in the hot water, stir and let steep for 3 minutes before enjoying. Some settling may occur; simply re-stir and savor!
Elderberry Immunity Fire Tonic
- 1 Tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. Navitas OrganicsĀ® Elderberry Powder
- Pinch ground cayenne pepper
Stir all ingredients thoroughly in a small glass. Take a breath and drink up.
