Product Description Target pain and take control of your day with Motusol 1.16% w/w Gel. This topical gel works by targeting pain directly at the source, reduces swelling and speeds up recovery. When to use Motusol 1.16% w/w Gel Motusol is intended for the local symptomatic treatment of pain of muscles and joints caused by e.g. sprains or contusions following blunt trauma (sports injuries); back strain, knee strain, ankle strains and sprains. How to use Motusol 1.16% w/w Gel Motusol is for cutaneous use. Apply the gel 3-4 times a day to the affected parts of the body thinly and rub gently into the skin. Unless the hands are the site being treated, wash your hands after rubbing in the gel. The duration of use depends on the symptoms and the underlying disease. Motusol should not be used longer than 1 week without medical advice. If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 3- 5 days, a doctor should be consulted. Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist have told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Ingredients The active substance is diclofenac diethylamine. 1 g contains 11.6 mg diclofenac diethylamine corresponding to 10 mg diclofenac sodium.
