HOW TO APPLY: 1. Clean the skin with facial cleanser or a non-oil product and dry the skin. 2. Peel the plastic film off of the sticker. 3. Handle the corners of the applique carefully and apply it on your eyes/ face. 4. Position the tattoos and press firmly into place with fingers. 5. Hold the tattoo in place and lay the wet washcloth over the tattoo. Make sure you cover the entire tattoo with the washcloth to saturate the paper backing of the tattoo sticker. 7. Leave the washcloth over the tattoo for at least 20 seconds. 8. Remove the washcloth
