Suggested use

For Maximum Performance, Take One Capsule Four Times Daily.

For adults, take one (1) capsule four time daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Other ingredients

Gelatin, croscarmellose.

Contains <2% of: Silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.
