Kochere is a serene village resting high in the cool mountainous region of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. In Kochere, the locals gather daily for their coffee ceremony where they share stories and drink the world’s finest locally grown coffee brewed the traditional way. Our tree ripened Arabica coffee beans are 100% single origin, carefully handpicked in Yirgacheffe by highly skilled farmers, and roasted to perfection by our master roaster in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The roast level is closer to medium dark, not burned like some industrial coffee brands
