When it comes to capsules, companies have two main choices: a gelatin or a veggie capsule. Kaged Muscle® uses vegetable capsules, which are derived from a plant by-product called cellulose. Vegetable capsules can be used by those following a strict vegetarian or vegan lifestyle.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 30 - 45 minutes before workouts and 1 capsule as needed, allowing 3-4 hours between servings. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.

Vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Contains 200 mg caffeine per serving, roughly equivalent to 2 cups of coffee. Avoid using with other caffeinated products, or if you are caffeine-sensitive. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, sleeplessness or rapid heartbeat. Consult physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 years of age, taking medication or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and contact your physician if you have an adverse reactions occur. Store in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat.
