Jarrow Formulas® Folate Forte™ with Methyl Folate plus Methyl B12 and Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P) combines the active forms of folate, B6 and vitamins B12 to support DNA and neurotransmitter synthesis, amino acid metabolism and healthy mood.

Suggested use

Take 1 tablet per day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Other ingredients

Calcium phosphate, cellulose, guar gum, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and a food-grade coating.
