How to insert EarHub Music Filter Earplugs: 1. With clean hands, free from hand creams or lotions, grip the tongue of the earplug between the thumb and forefinger. 2. Insert the earplug slowly into the ear canal until it sits comfortably and forms a good seal. This is easier if the ear is gently pulled upwards and outwards. 3. The earplugs are supplied with the filter fitted into the earplug. If removed for cleaning, please ensure the filter is re inserted into the earplug. Never use the earplugs without filters 4. Refit the earplug if it becomes dislodged through movement. Before each fitting, the earplugs should be inspected. Do not use dirty or damaged earplugs. 5. Position the tongue at the top of the ear to make it easier to find and grip when removing the earplug from the ear
