The creamy waterproof, transfer-proof formula glides on and blends easily before setting for all-day smudge-proof wear. Directions Prepare the clean and dry eye area. Gently open the eye and place the eyeliner lead as close to the lash line as possible. Draw a light line starting from the inner corner of the eye and directing outwards. Fills any gaps between the drawn line and the lashes. For a thicker line, go over the drawn line. For a finer line, use the tip of the eyeliner.
