Ingredients: White Tea, roasted almonds, sweet pears, apples, ginger, fennel, cardamom, cinnamon, anis seed, star anise, licorice. Steep 1 Tablespoon in 8 oz cup of hot water (190 degrees) for 3-5 minutes. This is a loose leaf tea blend. You will need a steeper, tea ball or fold-over tea bag to prepare this tea
